Robot Setter - Lenasia Gauteng

Reporting to:
Production foreman

Overall Accountability to:
Process manager

Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and setup robot.
Changing robots' parts after or before mould change
Ensure maintenance is carried out all the time.
No lose connection and covers on robots.
Daily and weekly checks and report any fault on the robot to production foreman.
Observe and adjust robot setup and operations to avoid defective products and unnecessary downtime.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Ability to use judgement to make sound decisions.
Knowledge of plastic manufacturing

Education and Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in similar position
