    Digital Lead Position

    We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies and business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a digital sales strategy to drive growth for our online commercial presence.
    • Manage and achieve digital sales team KPIs, including sales, conversion, customer growth, and ROI.
    • IDentify and drive strategic partnerships and channels for e-commerce globally.
    • Monitor and analyze conversion rates, proposing improvements and optimizations on ad-spend investment.

    Digital Marketing Strategy:

    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a digital marketing strategy for our online commercial presence.
    • Structure and deliver strategic marketing campaigns for the company website, e-commerce partnerships, and social media brand presence.
    • Set and achieve digital marketing team KPIs, including impressions, leads, conversion, and statistics pertaining to communications, PR, advertising, paid marketing, and social media.

    Team Management:

    • Lead a team consisting of a technical development lead, UX/UI designer, and backend developer (SEO lead).
    • Mentor and coach staff to identify training needs and improve overall skill levels within the area.
    • Drive the employee engagement strategy to ensure employees are motivated effectively and reduce annual attrition rates.

    Reporting and Other Duties:

    • Produce timely, accurate, and concise monthly reporting covering all key digital sales and marketing metrics.
    • Attend relevant stakeholder meetings and ExCo meeting as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • BSc degree in Digital Technologies or a relevant business field.
    • 5-7 years of experience as a Digital Lead.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing teams or senior managers.
    • Strong e-commerce and digital experience.
    • Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.
    • Leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
