Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and management for all restaurants and nightclubs within the group.
  • Set and execute business strategies and financial goals, ensuring targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Oversee all operational and administrative functions, including staffing, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Analyze industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to develop innovative marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety, liquor licensing, and zoning regulations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Implement and oversee training programs to ensure staff adherence to brand standards and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for management and staff members and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously review and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into the group's operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a strong industry presence, representing the group at industry events and functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably within the restaurant and nightclub sector.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple establishments, driving profitability, and achieving business targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Detailoriented with exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of South African liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel within South Africa as required.
