About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and driven individual to join our vibrant office environment in Cape Town. This role involves handling international inbound Tour Operator enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Critical Criteria

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound Tour Consulting, specifically with FITS/Groups or Series.
2. Extensive knowledge of all components that make up a tour, including costings.
3. Familiarity with Kruger National Park and its various lodges.
4. Experience working with overseas Tour operators, particularly in the USA, Australia, Japan, and Korea markets.
5. In-depth product and destination knowledge of Southern Africa, focusing on quoting for Groups & FITs in the Inbound Tour Operator industry.
6. Proven ability to design itineraries for ADHOC tailor-made enquiries and create packages for agent websites.
7. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with agents and suppliers.
9. Able to apply strong sales techniques to convert potential business opportunities into bookings.
10. Negotiation and time management skills to process quotes from start to end.
11. A collaborative team player who can receive guidance from colleagues when needed to achieve common objectives.
12. Ability to multitask between current and new quotes, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
13. Commitment to extending excellent customer service at all times.
