Debtors Clerk to join their team and take charge of overall debtors control for their company.


Position Overview:

In this position you will take charge of overall debtors control for the company. This includes processing debtor's invoices, credit notes, payments, monthly statements, and monitoring all outstanding accounts. Additionally, you will assist with other administrative tasks for the group as needed.

  • Process debtor's invoices, credit notes, payments, and monthly statements efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage all outstanding accounts.
  • Provide professional accounting and financial management services to optimize the company's financial performance.
  • Manage the organization's financial resources and provide necessary financial information to various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Financerelated Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, upmarket establishment
  • Reconciliations knowledge & experience
  • Knowledge of the Opera system
