The Human Resource Business partnering with Springs business leaders and employees in ensuring that we Source the right talent, Employee Relations guidance, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Skills Development and Performance Management for the Springs plant and the rest of the Supply chain functions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HRBP in our Springs Plant.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will responsibilities such as:
Advise and support on ER matters within the Supply Chain function in line with Company policies and Government legislation.
Facilitate internal Disciplinary processes. Represent company on external bodies such as CCMA. Assist in union engagement and preparation for union meetings.Assist in ensuring that all Talent cards, IDP are in place Assist in talent review process for identifying key talent.
Facilitating talent session with HR Manager for GL3 and below Talent Support and assist with implementation of transformation agenda for supply chain function.
Part of the KWS People centre of excellence Support and coordinate internal skills development programmes implemented ie functional training Facilitations of all HR recruited training.
Ensures that all performance goals are agreed and captured on system. Support in ensuring that manager and employee feedback take place for mid-year and final year reviews. Facilitate performance improvement plans for employees.EDUCATION & RELEVANT YEARS JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE
