    Marketing Coordinator and Executive PA Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing Coordinator and Executive PA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
    • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Drive content strategy and development for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
    • Oversight of administrative functions including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
    • Identification of opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the marketing and administrative functions.
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
    • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in various marketing tools.
    • Experience in administration and office management is a plus.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
