Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and managing the delivery of services to clients. The primary objective is to ensure efficient coordination between various teams, guaranteeing timely and high-quality service delivery. As the main point of contact for clients, you will address their inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.

Main Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Provide accurate information on products and services.
Process orders, forms, and requests in a timely manner.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and deadlines.
Direct unresolved issues to designated resources.
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.

About You

You have a high school diploma (Grade 12) and relevant computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Prior experience in customer service or store administration is advantageous.
You are bilingual in Afrikaans and English and possess excellent communication and administrative skills.
