- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or in a relevant field
- At least 2 years experience as an IT Support Technician
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with mining-specific software and systems is highly desirable
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred
