Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team at Debt Solution S.A.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, advising clients, and providing support to the company.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting legal documents, such as court applications and contracts
Providing advice and support to clients on various legal matters
Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
Handling labour-related and HR disciplinary matters within the company
Representing the company in various courts and justice offices

Requirements

LLB or BA-LLB degree
Right of appearance
At least 6 years of experience in litigation or legal assistance
Mature individual with strong leadership skills
Previous debt collection and debt review experience is advantageous

Salary Details

R8,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month, based on experience

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
Saturday: 08:00 am to 01:00 pm
