- Optimize Transport Routing: Minimize travel time and distance through efficient transport routing.
- Maximize Vehicle Utilization: Adhere to operational constraints and service level agreements while maximizing vehicle utilization.
- Accurate Daily Production Planning: Ensure factories operate at optimal efficiency, delivering on time and in full as per requirements.
- Procure Raw and Packing Materials: Ensure sufficient raw and packing materials are procured to meet expected production demand.
- Communicate Shortages: Communicate shortages to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Accurate Demand Planning: Ensure correct product and packaging are available for loading by accurate demand planning.
- Manage Model Stock: Manage model stock for Maize and Diverse stock effectively.
- Optimize Vehicle Routing: Ensure all vehicles are optimally routed for efficient delivery.
- Deliver Inter-Company Transport Service: Deliver a flexible, reliable, and efficient inter-company transport service for inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Manage Inventory Supply: Manage and plan the inventory supply to meet customer demand.
- Generate Pick Slips: Generate pick slips in time prior to loading for fast and effective turnaround time of vehicles.
- Maintain Communication: Maintain open communication with all stakeholders on requirements for the day.
- Grade 12
- 5+ years operations & logistics experience
- Advanced computer literacy (Excel)
- Supply chain qualifications (optional but desired)
