Job Description_

  • Allocate stock from DC to customers stores, ensuring the correct quantities needed are sent based on the sales and stock levels in each store.
  • Ensure stock arrives on time and stock levels do not drop below minimum display quantities (MDQs).
  • Monitor sales and stock on hand per store by analysing reports on a daily basis.
  • New store stock management and allocations.
  • Check orders received and revert back to the customer on delivery dates and stock quantities or any order changes needed to be done.
  • Create and send out sales performance reports to the team so everyone is aware on how each brand is performing at all times.
  • Prepare monthly business meeting reports and documents showing sales, stock, turnover and best sellers for each brand as well as by store level.
  • Assist the planner with buy plans; replenishment orders as well as stock availability and stock cover analysis or reports.
  • Adhoc: prepare year on year reports/reports management request, deal with store queries regarding stock or sales, and create new stores as well as delivery notes on the system.
  • Plan staff events and functions on the side.

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma.
years experience in the Clothing Retail Industry.

  • Very methodical.
  • Computer literate.
