Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize costeffectiveness and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Source and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to secure the best pricing and quality for our clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, evaluate potential suppliers, and stay ahead of industry developments.
Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules, to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, such as logistics, operations, and finance, to streamline procurement processes and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Evaluate and assess supplier performance, conducting supplier audits and implementing improvements as necessary to maintain high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement operations and achieving cost savings.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of relevant procurement regulations and compliance standards.
