Activités

Duties and Responsibilities:

HSE

To ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSE and security standards, local bylaws, standards, and legislations to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life and environment.
Stop operations in the event of an Emergency.
Report at least 2 Near Misses monthly.
Stop any activity that has a potential to cause accident or product nonconformity.

Operations

Participate in Engineering, Production & Quality improvement projects.
Complete time & motion studies on production processes.
Assist with implementation of 5S & lean principles in all LMP departments.
Assist with Value Stream Mapping of LMP processes.
Ensuring Production support whilst completing plant improvement projects.
