As a Human Resource Generalist with us, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring our workforce is engaged and motivated. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.

Managing recruitment and onboarding processes, attracting top talent to our team and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and creating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
