We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Production Specialist to join our team at Express Employment Professionals (Witbank). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tree Crop Operations, with a strong focus on managing and maintaining efficient Farm Operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

Financial Management: Staying within budgeted cost allocations, managing HC Quota, and ensuring Farm Expenses are optimized.
Labor Management: Leading and motivating teams, implementing Disciplinary Procedures, and managing Leave Arrangements.
Water Management: Ensuring Irrigation Standards are met and Water Resources are used efficiently.
Pruning: Adhering to Group Strategy regarding Pruning Standards.
Maintenance: Managing the Mechanical Fleet, Tools, and Equipment, with a focus on Fault-Finding and Repair.
Electrical and Welding: Having a general understanding and experience in these areas.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in Tree Crop Operations within the Agricultural Industry.
3-5 years of experience in Managerial Roles within the Agricultural Industry.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Driver's License with own reliable Transportation.
Grade 12.
Tertiary Education in Agriculture will be an added advantage.
