    Description

    As a Client Services Manager at our client, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clientele.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Routine office management to ensure seamless operations.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases.
    3. Compile comprehensive financial analyses and reports.
    4. Update website content regularly.
    5. Publish monthly newsletters through online platforms.
    6. Negotiate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
    7. Ensure all client files are compliant with relevant regulations.
    8. Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
    9. Screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
    10. Manage office supplies and stationery.
    11. Prepare presentation materials for new client meetings.
    12. Conduct research to support query resolution and report compilation.
    13. Submit instructions and follow up on their completion.

    Requirements:
