Description

We are looking for a Field Technician Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of Field Technician including coordinating and planning their trips.

The role will be responsible for organising the activities of the Field Technicians that are working on different sites across different provinces.

As a Field Technician Manager the role includes dispatching Technician to the client's job site, communicating with clients, and providing guidance to the Field Technician.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate the trips of the Field Technicians, in order for the Technicians to complete repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Ensure that all the Technicians complete all their required repairs, installations and maintenance within the provided timeframe and following the processes and procedures stipulated by the company.
Ensure to monitor team performance and report on performance metrics and come up with interventions to improve the performance of the team and ensure the operation of the business is not affected due to poor performance.
Responsible for the general administration of all the work related to the technician and the factory which includes but not limited to opening & closing of the factory, checking of vehicle conditions and arranging services for the vehicles.
Ensure that all claims and overtime for the Technicians are captured correctly and submitted on time.
Monitor the kilometers on all company vehicles and ensure they are booked for services and serviced on time.
