    Job Overview

    We are seeking an exceptional Retail Manager to lead our team of sales associates in delivering a world-class customer experience and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
    • Drive sales through exceptional customer service, personalized shopping experiences, and effective upselling techniques.
    • Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintaining high standards in stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
    • Monitor stock levels, manage replenishments, and coordinate stocktaking processes.
    • Track and analyze sales performance, reporting on KPIs and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
    • Stay informed about luxury interiors, gifting, and design trends to assist customers with product selection and offer expert recommendations.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain a stylish store layout that aligns with our brand's aesthetic.

    Requirements

    • Proven retail management experience, preferably in high-end retail or a related industry (interiors, gifting, or luxury retail).
    • Certifications or training in retail management, interior design, or related fields will be advantageous.
