Job Description:

The Technician performs technical tasks in the Civil engineering production field.

Technical Excellence:

Assist with preparation of general infrastructure designs, bills of quantities, contract documentation and tender evaluation, administration of construction contracts and adhoc site supervision.
Project execution and to ensure that projects are undertaken to a quality management system, to high technical standards, within budget and programme.
Advancement of Program knowledge in Revit, BIM and C3D
Support the project team on programs i.e. C3D, Revit and other platforms.
Uses computer software as a tool for solving fundamental engineering problems.
Not limiting to C3D or Revit but also advance knowledge in Excel, Word, EPANET and SWMM

Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader.

Operates with the highest standards of integrity. Advancement of knowledge in industry standards.

Research industry trends, standards and shares new ideas to address team and client needs and objectives.

Proactively looks for opportunities to add value to deliverables, tasks and produces highquality work.
Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

National Diploma in Engineering or similar
4 Years' experience within the built environment after obtainment of Qualification
