- Sourcing and meeting potential clients

- Completing financial needs analysis on clients

- Providing independent, expert financial advice and recommending investment opportunities across a broad spectrum of regulated products
- Monitoring financial market trends to ensure plans are effective and identifying necessary updates
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in finance or a related field
- Financial planning qualifications, such as RE5, NQF5, or CFP, although not essential
- Finance, financial planning, or wealth management experience
- Customer-centric and results-driven personality
- Professional communication standards, including a clear credit record and valid driver's license
- Entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and established network of clients
- Sales ability, tenacity, effective planning, organizing, and time management skills, and computer literacy
