    The ideal candidate will perform a range of tasks to address employment relation issues, including:

    • Drafting and administering documents related to CCMA referrals, objections to Conciliation/Arbitration, and disciplinary hearings.
    • Preparing pre-arbitration minutes and implementing human resource policies, procedures, codes of conduct, laws, and standards.
    • Drafting employee duties and responsibilities documents, as well as preparing or updating employment documents and/or records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.

    Administrative Support

    The successful candidate will also provide administrative support, including:

    • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
    • Taking minutes at meetings and typing up letters and reports.
    • Updating computer records using a database, printing, and photocopying.

    Client Management

    In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will be involved in client management, including:

    • Managing Employment Equity duties and responsibilities.
    • Managing Skills Development duties and responsibilities.
    • Client maintenance and onboarding, including developing client onboarding plans.
