The following key performance areas will be expected of the successful candidate:

Efficient project planning and execution are crucial to success.
Effective communication with clients, external, and internal resources is essential.
A clear definition of project scope at the beginning is necessary, along with required results and success criteria.
IDentification of necessary equipment, skills, and resources to execute the project is vital.
Risk management is critical, involving risk reports and a comprehensive risk register.
Subcontract management and work in progress must comply with project plan dates.
Health and Safety standards and site-specific requirements must be met before and during the project.
Delivery on time, to specification, and budget management with no variance is mandatory.
No project cost variance of more than 5% is allowed.
Profit and loss statements must be closely controlled.
As-built drawings and operating manuals must be generated for each completed project as per client requirements.
Signed-off systems must include training records and handover documentation to clients.
Project plans and daily reports must be updated, and progress communicated via formal channels.
Completed projects must be handed over to the service and maintenance department and clients, complete with training records and relevant documentation.

The following minimum requirements must be met:

Grade 12 qualification.
Technical experience in Electronic Security Systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter and Intruder detection, and security software systems.
Ownership of personal transport is necessary.
PSIRA registration is mandatory.

The remuneration package is market-related.
