A leader in the workwear industry is looking for an energetic and dynamic Operations Manager to run their busy production facility.
Based in JHB.Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric and related tertiary qualification
- Background in clothing manufacturing and production
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent operational and management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Selfconfident with positive interpersonal skills for key accounts management
- Strategic thinker with natural analytical tendencies
- Excellent computer skills particularly excel and word
- Own car essential
Responsibilities:
- Manage factory
- Improve production efficiencies
- Oversee HR
- Develop new policies and strategies for the business
- Forge long term relationships with customers and suppliers
- Oversee the sales, procurement and operations side of the business
- Assist will all daytoday functions within the business
