    Junior Sous Chef Position

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at an established Restaurant/Venue in Irene Centurion.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant chef and kitchen management experience, with a proven track record in al a carte food delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Food Preparation: Ensure high-quality dishes are prepared according to our menu standards.
    • Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, maintain optimal stock levels, and prevent waste.
    • Kitchen Administration: Assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing kitchen schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Chef Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
    • Al A Carte Food Delivery: Proven experience in delivering high-quality al a carte food.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Hard Work and Adaptability: Willingness to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
