    Job objectives of the role

    Reconciling clerk role include:

    • 100% accurate driver reconciliation
    • Ensuring that all POD's returned are valid and marked off the system.
    • Ensuring all customer claims are processed accurately and on time.
    • Proper route stock control
    • Participation in invocoms
    • Allocation of cash received to the relevant driver.
    • Sending of reports
    • Attending to admin queries and meeting the deadlines

    Cashier role include:

    • Payments received are counted and recorded as per specifications
    • Cash Customer Receipt submitted by drivers balance with Tellermate slips
    • Cash and cheques deposited in the Drop Safe are recorded and signed off by security, the cashier and the driver
    • All cash and cheques received are captured and prepared for deposits
    • Made up deposits recorded in Deposit Register as per SOP
    • Handed over cash (Cash Company) is recorded in the Deposit Register
    • Bank deposit receipts balance 100% with the Deposit Register
    • Cash and cheque reconciliations
