    Position Overview:

    We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our fast food chain, known for complex sit-down restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and casual dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence, profitability, and team development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, food presentation, and adherence to brand standards.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff to foster a high-performing customer-focused environment.
    • Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless memorable dining experience by implementing service enhancements inspired by fine dining standards while maintaining accessibility of casual dining.
    • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets control costs and analyze financial reports to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategies for profitability and cost-efficiency.
    • Menu Development: Collaborate with culinary teams to refine and evolve menu offerings ensuring alignment with brand identity and customer preferences.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health safety and legal standards across all locations. Monitor cleanliness food safety practices and operational protocols.
    • Marketing and Brand Development: Work alongside the marketing team to implement campaigns boosting customer engagement and traffic.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience 10+ years in managing fine dining and casual dining restaurants preferably in a multi-location or chain setting.
    • Strong understanding of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
    • Exceptional leadership communication skills with the ability to inspire manage large teams.
    • Financial acumen including experience in budgeting forecasting and cost control.
    • Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience with attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment making data-driven decisions.
