- _Knowledgeable in all HR practices, policies and procedures _
- _Extensive knowledge in Labour Law, Employment Equity, Employment Law, Basic Conditions of Employment, Skills Development, CCMA, Disciplinary procedures_
- _Relevant experience with dealing with Unions and union negotiations_
- _Experience in chairing of Disciplinary hearings and procedures_
- _Understanding of all HR common practices_
- _Ability to start up new projects and ensure follow through up to the point of completion._
- _Organised, trustworthy and the ability to work under pressure_
- _Excellent at managing own time, tasks, workload and people._
Inherent Requirements

  • Grade 12_
  • HR Diploma / Degree will be preferred, Labour Law Degree or similar_
  • 3 to 8 years' experience within an HR environment dealing with IR_
  • Computer literacy (All Microsoft packages
  • Intermediate / Advanced Level),_
  • Ability to travel nationally_
  • Own transport_
  • Confident personality with excellent presentation and people skills, _
  • Strong English writing skills and be well spoken
