Recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner for a dynamic independent spirits group specializing in producing, distributing, and marketing top-notch local and international brands.

This role is for a full-cycle mid-range HRBP predominantly focused on recruitment, looking for someone with a solid HR generalist background encompassing Industrial Relations, etc., but also with proven expertise in recruitment, especially leveraging social media to attract top talent. Strong communication skills are essential, with preference for candidates with experience in the FMCG industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide quality HR advisory and operational support to line management aligned with our HR goals, aiding in the leadership of their teams.

  • Collaborate with leaders on people management matters to promptly identify issues/trends and recommend solutions.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews, ensuring staff well-being for enhanced quality of life and retention.
  • Comprehend business strategies to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing organizational capability and operational efficiency.
  • Uphold data integrity in employee information systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Proactively engage in Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding initiatives; support managers on Labour Relations issues, including handling performance management challenges and disciplinary adherence.

  • Oversee Employee Wellness Engagement and roll out initiatives company-wide.
  • Contribute to the HR strategy by actively participating in the overall people strategy implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in HR or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a high-performance setting.
  • Experience in business partnering within sales and professional services would be a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to foster effective relationships with line managers and employees across all levels.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritization.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and relevant policies.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Salary:
R550, R627,000.00 per year
