    We are seeking a candidate with industry expertise in food science or technology to lead recipe value engineering, ingredient sourcing & substitution, new product development (NPD), yield & flow optimisation, shelf-life extension and quality control & compliance.

    Candidate requirements include:

    • Education: Degree or Diploma in Food Science or Technology
    • Experience: 5+ years in food production or R&D environment
