Description

Junior IT Technician - R8000 per Month

Junior IT Technician required in Retail company

Assist with day to day IT challenges

Set-up and installation of IT Equipment and systems

Monitor and assist with IT Security, Network and IT infrastructure

Manage adhoc IT projects

Conduct site risk assessment with management

Ensure Work instructions are properly followed

Work according to specifications and processes supplied

Reporting quality issues immediately to management

Complete daily/weekly/monthly checks of equipment

Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

Knowledge/Experience:

Minimum 2 years Retail experience

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be proficient in English. Both verbal and written

Must be an excellent problemsolver

Able to work neatly and methodically

Qualifications:

Grade 12 and relevant IT Degree

Knowledge of Retail Software and Hardware

Practical experience with internet and network security protocols

Problem solving skills

Salary:
R8,000.00 per month
