HRIS Administrator

Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (NQF Level 5).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an HRIS administrator.
- Extensive experience in analysing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of VIP/SAGE People 300.
- Sound knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently.
- Must be a SA Citizen.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Captures all HR Information onto VIP/SAGE system.
- Updating employee information on VIP/SAGE.
- Maintaining databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries.
- Closely work with payroll to ensure that all information which informs payroll is correct, complete, and processed in time.
- Process HR information, draw reports, and manages data.
- Auditing HR processes and documents, including payroll flow administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service, when required.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Liaise with business partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery on HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in the performance of the HRIS.
- Collaborating with HR managers and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs.
- Optimising HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Recording and securely storing HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data.
- Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS.
