Outstanding career opportunity with growing specialist infrastructure investment manager.

The Fund aims to provide growth capital for South African focused mid-market infrastructure businesses, which own real assets that provide essential services and that have value creation potential in water, waste and telecoms and related industries.

Reporting through to the Managing partners you will be responsible for originating and executing investments, as well as ongoing commercial management of the assets.

  • Deal execution (Due-Diligence)
  • Deal Closing
  • Team management (Analyst)

Qualifications and experience

  • Relevant tertiary degree coupled with 5 year + proven track record of leading transactions in the unlisted/private markets sector including equity/ mezzanine/ debt investing with a Tier 1 strategy firm ideally with private equity due diligence exposure.
  • Experience, in highly analytical roles in investment banking, venturing and small business management will be considered.
