Job description
Key purpose of the role
- Proactively address clients' needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. Contribute to an increase in sales and maintains our companyclient relationships at a high standard while building new client relationships.
Key outputs/accountability
- Knowledge of own and client's brands and products, as well as the broader digital media industry.
- To enhance and maintain an indepth knowledge of
ADMS's solutions represented, as well as how they measure up against competitors - To enhance and maintain knowledge of clients' brands and products allowing for meaningful conversations and identification of their needs.
- To keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the digital industry and update the sales team with discoveries.
Active Selling and Prospecting for new business
- To proactively, consistently source new clients for our solutions.
- To evaluate sales prospects and qualify them for their suitability for digital.
- To interpret a brief, develop a strategically relevant proposal for clients that has applicable innovative opportunities and present the proposals for review and approval.
- Service delivery and professionalism.
- Ensure that client campaigns are delivered as agreed by working with the relevant teams to achieve their outcomes and communicating timeously with clients on the process and outcome.
- Meet minimum Monthly, Quarterly and Annual set targets
- Matric with mathematics HG
- Marketing related diploma
- Computer Literacy e.g., Windows 2007, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
- Sales, Negotiation and Presentation Skills.
- Driver's Licence
- Minimum of 12 years Media Sales Experience
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal skills
