    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and motivated plan control manager or engineer with a strong background in commercial and project plan control activities, particularly in the solar and construction sectors. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or planning control, at least 4 years of experience in solar energy and/or $50 million + solar energy projects. Familiar with relevant national and local laws in South Africa. Regulations, policies and industry norms, familiar with the detailed process of solar energy project development, familiar with the preliminary planning of engineering projects. Design work content. Project management control process and key links, with the ability to manage large-scale construction projects; Clear thinking. Good at summarizing. Diligent in thinking; Skilled use of office software and project software. Ability to use P6 is preferred. The successful candidate will play a key role in our renewable energy projects, ensuring project timelines are manageable and keeping them on track.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the preparation and preparation of the overall project progress plan (from project initiation to mass production) and timely communication with relevant departments to update the progress of the project.
    • Confirm the major milestones and key routes in the overall schedule and inform the relevant departments in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for following up the master plan of the project business schedule and updating according to the progress of the project.
    • Grasp whether the construction progress and equipment development and manufacturing progress meet the requirements of the overall project progress, report and communicate in time when problems are found, coordinate and deal with them, and propose corresponding countermeasures and measures.
    • Manage and prepare monthly progress reports.
    • Review and comment on the weekly and monthly progress reports of all functional departments.
    • Participate in coordination and management meetings related to the project schedule.
    • Participation and design. Project coordination meeting for construction unit, equipment supplier, etc.
    • Equipment commissioning and trial production stage of each sub-item progress summary.
