General Workers (Steel)

Duties:


  • Assist with fabrication tasks including cutting, bending, and assembling steel materials.
  • Handle and transport steel materials within the workshop or construction site.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Assist in setting up machinery, scaffolding, and work areas as needed.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:


  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects safely.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality.
  • Awareness of safety practices and willingness to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to recognize and report issues or defects.
