    Description

    Job Overview

    This role is designed to assist with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of industrial systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Senior Technicians on scheduled maintenance tasks.
    • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex industrial systems.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support.
    • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Manage administrative tasks such as report preparation, invoicing, and quote generation.
    • Utilize Autoflame software to monitor customer sites remotely and generate monthly reports.
    • Contribute to the Service Department's revenue and sales targets.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or National Diploma (N.Dip) in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Familiarity with basic electrical principles (ELC1 & ELC2).
    • Gas Practitioner License is mandatory.

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Able to work independently under pressure.
    • Strong time management and punctuality skills.
    • Presentation skills, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

    Additional Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license.
    • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office suite and Sage Accpac software.
