We are a dynamic, highly creative, têxtile design and manufacture studio located near Muizenberg, Cape Town and we are looking for a capable and dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to liaise with our local and international customer base and help faciliate orders; as well as to coordinate our Website & Social Media campaigns.

• Engage with the company's existing customer base to help win orders.
• Business development to expand the customer base and win orders.
• Administration of the company's ecommerce website.
• Administration of all social media channels such as, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints and to promote company initiatives.
• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
• Develop creative and engaging social media content.
• Prepare and distribute regular company newsletter via Mailchimp.
• Administer and publish the company's product catalogues.

• Matric and degree in marketing, graphics design, surface design or similar qualifications.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proven Sales track record.
• Experience as a marketing's coordinator with some social media knowledge.
• Handson experience with content management systems (especially Wordpress / WooCommerce).
• Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office (especially, Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Competence in Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign are also desirable)
• Familiarity with Mailchimp
• Photographic skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with strong writing and copyediting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Must be well presented.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Prepared to work overtime when needed.

• South African citizen or valid work permit

• Located near Muizenberg, Cape Town
• Company offers a base salary and sales commission.
