Description
The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling and promoting Urban Foods's products.- This is done by marketing and cold calling to customers, restaurants, retailers and public.
- Sales Consultant should have good listening skills and be able to identify customer needs and concerns.
- It is all about relationships and they should build up the existing customer base and introduce new clients.
- Client service is important, and it means responding promptly and servicing customers with the best attention.
- The sales consultant must be motivated and selfdisciplined and have good product knowledge.
- He/she should be able to Interact with fellow workers and be a team member with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on new and existing clients with a professional positive attitude.
- Product presentations
- Site meetings
- Site Reports
- Samples for projects and clients
- Proforma invoices if required pricing.
- Take Orders if needed
- Keep all records
- Deliver samples and small orders if necessary
- Handle and Resolve problems
- Technical advise in terms on products and food prepartions.
- Make appointments
- Follow up on all aspects of sales, leads, sample, orders etc
- Monitoring the market and keeping an eye on the competition
- Attend to walk in clients
- Answer calls regarding products, technical info and inquiries.
- Network with other suppliers in the retail business for leads
- Set targets & goals and keep all records, reports updated at all times
- Set up product training for existing and new customers if required.
- Entertain clients from time to time
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions and talks in the restaurant business.

Pay:
R15,000.00 per month
