    Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

    • Proactively evaluate cyber security policies to ensure adherence to established standards.
    • Promote awareness of security policies, training, and governance strategy across all organizational levels to ensure sound security governance.

    Cyber Risk Management Program Overview:

    The Cyber Risk Management Program is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber risks. The program involves ongoing evaluation of cyber security policies, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.

    Risk Management Responsibilities:

    • Assess policy needs and develop security content in collaboration with subject matter experts and senior leaders.
    • Maintain and further develop the Cyber Risk Management Program to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.

    Audit and Compliance:

    • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for cyber audits, providing guidance on audit submissions and reviewing audit reports.
    • Conduct regular compliance assessments with the Business to ensure current and emerging risks are being monitored and managed.

    Reporting and Metrics:

    • Develop status reports and insight reporting as required by Management, using automation and reporting tools to generate cyber risk metrics (KPIs, KRIs, KGIs).

    Cyber Security Awareness Training:

    • Design and deploy cyber security awareness training collateral with innovative approaches to promote a culture of security within the organization.
