    Job Title: German Customer Service & Sales Representatives - Remote

    This role involves working for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department, communicating in German and English languages.
    • Work on airline reservation systems and handle voice calls in English and German, which may include some written correspondence.
    • Daily interactions with international passengers, responding to queries and compliments.

    Requirements:

    • Native level fluency in German language, with advanced verbal and written skills (advanced level may be considered).
    • Located in South Africa.
    • Permanent residence permit or South African ID holder only.
    • Excellent computer literacy and technical skills.
    • No criminal record.
    • Flexibility to work shifts.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.

    Employment Terms and Conditions:

    • Remuneration: R200 000 CTC per annum.
    • Full-time, permanent contract: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day.
    • Operational hours: 24/7; 365 days per week.

    Training and Support:

    • 4 weeks of fully paid product and systems training.
    • Health insurance benefit provided by the company.

    Working Arrangements:

    • Work from home option available, requiring fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line at own cost.
    • UPS solution required during load shedding, either purchased or self-sourced.
