    Duties & Responsibilities

    An exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Manager has arisen at our dynamic company based in Sandton.

    Job Purpose:

    To assist with initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling new and existing projects, as well as small developments.

    Requirements

    • 1 – 3 years' experience working in the tech field.
    • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines is essential.
    • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, even during challenging circumstances.
    • Forward thinking and anticipating needs before they arise.
    • Discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
    • Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • A tertiary qualification is advantageous.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Monitor project progress and report back to stakeholders.
    • Enforce deadlines and inject urgency when necessary.
    • Liaise with relevant parties to discuss new concepts and ideas, offering insight into existing projects.
    • Create product and system specification documents to help development teams understand business requirements.
    • Liaise with development teams and communicate technical constraints and challenges to relevant parties.
    • Articulate, prioritise, and queue bug fixes and small developmental tasks.
    • Assist with data analysis, market research, and compiling research reports.

    R 15 000 - R 20 000 per month.
