Picker/Packer (Automotive) Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team at TechBridge Recruitment in Mthatha, Eastern Cape. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse locations using pick lists and scanning systems.

• Pick customer orders efficiently from designated areas using handheld scanners.
• Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics/Literacy
• Strong computer literacy skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly

Working Conditions:

• You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with extensive walking and standing required throughout the day.

Please note that physical requirements include lifting items weighing up to 25kg comfortably while working on your feet for extended periods. You must also have good vision for reading part numbers and manual dexterity for handling small automotive parts.
