    A Medical Insurance Company based in Benoni, Gauteng is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner .

    The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for the Development, implementation, and administer and coordinate all the elements of the entire HR value chain.

    Partner with management in all operational areas to provide comprehensive HR support across all departments and divisions


    Key Performance Areas

    • Drive the HR Strategy across all business units in support of the overall business strategy
    • Partner with management across the organisation to provide comprehensive HR support to individual departments and divisions
    • Entrench a highperformance culture and corporate values throughout the Departments, Divisions and Company
    • Plan, organise and control HR department value chain activities
    • Produce HR analytics to provide relevant decisionmaking information to the EDHR
    • Initiate and deliver quality HR projects on time and within budget
    • Oversee HRBP team and HR Practitioners' duties, including production reporting

    Essential Qualifications

    • Relevant HR Degree / Diploma

    Essential Experience

    • Minimum of 10 years HR Management experience in a multifaceted company
    • Minimum of 5 years in a HR Business Partnering/Management role

    Desirable Experience

    • Labour relations experience
    • Client Relations Experience/Business Partnering
