    Job Title: Shutdown Work Specialist (Pietermaritzburg)

    SUMMARY

    We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our Engineering and Production Team at Belgotex as a Shutdown Work Specialist in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will assist with general maintenance, mechanical tasks, and cleaning duties within our factory.

    Salary: R 25,000 - R 35,000 per month

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with general maintenance of machines and equipment
    • Provide mechanical assistance during shutdown periods
    • Clean tanks, latex pits, and other areas of the factory
    • Paint and wash solar panels
    • Work at heights and in a team environment

    Requirements:

    • Matric certificate with English and Maths/Literacy
    • South African citizenship
    • No colour blindness
    • Pass a drug test
    • Will to work shifts and be based in Pietermaritzburg
    • Experience working in a manufacturing plant and understanding safety standards

    Language: English

    Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg
