PURPOSE:
Purpose is to control all aspects of customer ordering and communication.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
A minimum requirement is Grade 12 or Equivalent.
Ndip in Logistics and/or Equivalent.
2 Years experience within a similar environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Book Control
Responsibility for all incoming customer orders.
Understand and analyze customer schedules.
Complete order book reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Customer Queries
Liaise with customers on all queries or concerns.
Facilitate expediting and cancellation of orders.
Customer Relationships
Ensure customer contacts are regularly updated on the customer database.
Weekly contact with customers
Delivery Performance
Ensure 100% delivery performance to all customers.
Analyse and report delivery performance.
Liaise with other departments to ensure maximum performance.
Analysis of Customers
Control all customer forecasts and ensure accuracy of ERP system.
Analyse customer order trends.
