Mid-level interior architect_

• Novospace are looking for a dynamic interior architect, an enthusiastic problem solver with a keen interest in design and an eye for detail, whilst also being a great communicator with excellent organizational skills._
• A team player who can function independently, with confidence, taking projects from inception through to completion._

- _Minium 3 year degree / qualification in Interior Architecture or Interior Design _
- _Minimum 5+ years industry experience, preferably in high end residential and commercial sector._
- _Software : AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and Photoshop proficient._
- _Ability to develop 2D drawings, layouts & detailing in both Revit & AutoCad._
- _Ability to build 3D models in Sketchup and create realistic renders in Lumion or Enscape, or similar alternative software._
- _Excellent understanding of construction & joinery detailing, with accurate attention to detail._
- _Excellent knowledge on MS office (with specific focus on excel and PowerPoint) _
- _Ability to work independently, confidently attend and lead meetings, with both client, suppliers and project teams_
- _Efficient and organised in project planning, management and administration (able to manage budgets)_
- _Good work ethic, should be able to work well under time pressures and adhere to deadlines._
