    International FMCG Company in the Gulf Region Seeks Deputy Finance Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Deputy Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with department managers to oversee all financial aspects of the company and drive improvements in various departments.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly financial statements for comparison with previous periods and budget.
    • Implement control and audit procedures for stocks, debtors, bank/cash, and expenditure.
    • Develop a scorecard to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
    • Cash flow preparation and management.
    • Profit center analysis and product costing.
    • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and capital expenditures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth company performance.
    • Participate in the management team to improve software programs.
    • Prepare annual financial budgets.
    • Execute projects assigned by the CEO.

    Your Profile

    We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with:

    • A Master's degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent certification (CPA/Chartered Accountant from CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW).
    • Proven success in a Financial Manager or equivalent position in a global organization.
    • In-depth knowledge and experience in accounting and finance.
    • A solid understanding of the FMCG industry business model is preferred.
    • The ability to work on Oracle Finance or similar platforms.
    • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Proven success in people management.
    • Willingness to travel periodically within the Gulf region.
