Daily Functions

Issue Fuel Vouchers and Truck Stop Vouchers to all drivers.
Check and Maintain Vehicle Tyres on every trip.
Log calls to various workshops to attend to vehicle mechanical faults.
Schedule Truck Washes / Services / Tyre Fitments / Genset Repairs / Vehicle Repairs.
Keep Records of Driver infringements and maintain driver discipline.
Keep records of Fines for each driver.
Manage all fines received, allocate to driver and ensure fines are recovered from guilty party.
Attend to all vehicle needs and requirements 24/7 and on call.

Weekly Functions

Collect / Check all POD's from ALL drivers / trucks.
Check vehicle condition and make the necessary decisions to ensure vehicles are presentable for delivery to client.
Check if vehicles need any preventative maintenance and make the necessary repairs to avoid additional charges.
Check Drivers License and Dangerous Goods Permits of each driver.

Monthly Functions

Check Each Vehicle License / Trailer License / Driver License / Dangerous Goods Licence / PDP and all permits required for daily collection of cargo,
Vehicles should scheduled for repair and services in the event this needed
All supplier invoices to be remitted and processed for payment timeously, to be checked and to file away.
Remit all Toll Slips / Trucks Stops / Truck Washes / Sleepovers / Fuel Slips to Statement.
