Montana, Pretoria: RESTAURANT FOOD CONTROLLER

Minimum Requirements:

-Reliable and presentable South African Citizen

-Matric / Grade 12

-Able to fully understand and speak both English and Afrikaans a must

-Recent experience as a Food Controller or Kitchen Manager at a restaurant a must

-Strong proficiency in Pilot software a must

-Reliable transport to work

-Must be willing and able to work retail & restaurant hours (8am 10pm, days off as per rotation)

-Stable employment record a must (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record CV must indicate employment dates etc.)

-Contactable references a must

-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record

-Must reside in Pretoria (Preferably in or near Montana)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full food control / kitchen management duties for popular restaurant chain

-Ensure high standards of quality and safety

Salary: ± R gross (depending on relevant experience)
